The Illinois Institute of Art — Schaumburg, located in Suburban Chicago offers the following Bachelor of Fine Art degree programs: Digital Media Production, Game Art and Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, Interior Design, Media Arts & Animation, and Visual Effects & Motion Graphics. We also offer a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Fashion Marketing & Management. Each program is offered on a year-round basis, allowing students to continue to work uninterrupted toward graduation. The Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumburg also features The Center for Professional Development. CPD was inspired by today's fast-paced world of technology and created for busy, working professionals who want high-quality instruction designed to help them get ahead in their chosen fields. The Center for Professional Development is now offering 25-week certificate programs. These programs consist of five, five week courses except for Residential Interior Decor, which runs for 11 weeks in total. Classes conveniently meet one night per week or on Saturday mornings. he purpose of The Illinois Institute of Art-Schaumburg is to provide quality higher education for students seeking careers in applied arts, media, and design professions. The curriculum reflects both the cognitive and creative elements of the major disciplines integrated with a comprehensive general education program.
