Texas Culinary Academy, founded in 1981, is located in the capital city of Austin, Texas. With a 52,000 square foot facility to offer aspiring culinary proffesionals a creative and supportive environment coupled with the world famous Le Cordon Bleu curriculum. The program at TCA blends classical French cuisine with American inventiveness in a fast-paced 15-month period. Students will be introduced to more than 25 foreign cuisines combined with a cross-cultural spirit. The highly renowned faculty offers more than 400 years of industry experience along with a true passion for the culinary field. TCA students learn from caring and experienced instructors.
