Draughons Junior College trains adult learners at campus locations in Bowling Green, Hopkinsville, Kentucky, and Clarksville, Murfreesboro, and Nashville Tennessee. Career training programs are available in business, computers, legal, and healthcare. Not all programs are available at all campus locations. The Draughons Junior College was found in 1879 by Professor John F. Draughon. Draughons Junior College is accredited as a junior college by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). Draughons Junior College is accredited by ACICS to award diplomas and academic Associate degrees. The Career Services Director is available to help current students in finding part-time employment. Opportunities from employer call-ins and classified ads are listed in the weekly Draughons Dragon and in the Hot Tips sheets available in the Student Lounge. At Draughons Junior College, they try to match available funds with deserving students.
