Porter and Chester Institute

Porter and Chester Institute was founded in 1947 as the Connecticut School of Radio & Television. The campus is located in Watertown, Connecticut and offers career training in automotive technology, electrician trades, HVAC, and Medical Assisting. The Porter and Chester Instituteis accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) and the American Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). As part of the student's program, Porter and Chester Institutetakes responsibility for helping each graduate get situated in the kind of job for which he or she has been prepared. This includes resume preparation, training in job search and career management, securing interviews, and interview presentation and tactics. Federally sponsored Title IV student financial aid is available. Consisting of grants and student loans. In addition, the School has its own supplementary student aid program.
