Founded in 1994, CSCA has quickly become one of the most respected and well known culinary schools in the Nation. One of the few culinary schools in America in partnership with the world famous Le Cordon Bleu. The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program includes 1200 hours of hands-on lab classes, which include restaurant rotation, and 240 hours of academic class instruction. These are taught over the course of four, 12 week terms. The fifth and final term is spent in a 360 hour Externship where the students gain real-life experience in some of the most exciting culinary venues in the world. Thousands of new restaurants, bistros, grills, high profile caterers, and hotels open every year. In fact, the culinary industry is the second largest employer in the United States. It has experienced robust and continued growth for more than 20 years. Job openings are expected to be strong, reaching a projected total of 13 million people, through 2010.
